Card payments are processed by Stripe; ACH by Actum (via GeekPay).
By paying, you agree to those providers’ terms. Authorization, holds, and settlement times may apply.4. Deposits & Fees
If a deposit or processing fee applies, it will be shown before you pay. Deposits and processing fees are non-refundable unless we specifically state otherwise in writing.5. Cancellations & Refunds
See Refund & Cancellation policy. If a land sale contract exists, the contract governs in case of conflict.6. No Legal/Tax Advice
Information we provide is for general guidance only and is not legal or tax advice.7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the lesser of (a) the fees you paid us for the specific service, or (b) USD $500.8. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new date above. Continued use means you accept the updates.9. Governing Law

Consulting fees already performed are non-refundable. If you cancel before any work starts, we may refund at our discretion.Card & ACH Payments
Refunds (when approved) are returned to the original payment method. Stripe/Actum processing fees are typically non-refundable to us and may be deducted from your refund.Contract-Specific Terms
